1. Menu & Availability

  • Menu items are subject to availability and can change without prior notice.

2. Refund Policy

  • Any refund will only be issued on a genuine basis. Nutrack’s management will assess whether or not the refund request is based on a legitimate concern.

  • Refunds will take up to 15 working days and will be processed via online transfer only.

  • Customers should keep in mind that if they have purchased a package and request a refund after availing meals for a few days, the cost of food for the utilised days will be charged in full (without package discount).

  • Charges per day are revised periodically. Customers are advised to ask the representatives about applicable charges at the time of refund.

3. Subscription Holds & Requests

  • Customers must inform a day earlier before 8 PM for any request regarding holding or resuming the subscription.

4. Special Requests

  • All special or menu-item replacement requests are subject to availability.

  • Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests; however, they cannot be guaranteed.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • Nutrack does not provide food free of allergens.

  • If a customer has allergies, allergic reactions, or dietary restrictions, the company shall not be responsible for not conforming to special instructions provided by the customer.

6. Meal Satisfaction & Conduct

  • If any customer finds Nutrack’s meals unsatisfactory, they may contact Nutrack’s customer support.

  • Nutrack will ensure the best possible compensation; however, the company reserves the right to withhold a refund if a customer attempts to sabotage the business reputation.

Cancellation Process

Orders can be canceled via the website or customer support, ideally 24 hours before delivery.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscribers can pause or cancel subscriptions with prior notice. Remaining unused meals may be refunded as per plan terms.

Exchanges/Returns

Meal replacements are provided in case of issues. Customers should contact support immediately
